“The Boring Photo”

The physics concept being demonstrated by this picture is
the forces of gravity and normal acting upon my water bottle. The force of
gravity pushing down on my water bottle has a force of -9.8 but does not go
through the table. This is because the table is also exerting an equal force
upon the water bottle that keeps it on top of the table. The combination of
these two forces allows people to set things upon a table without them moving.
